McIntosh Trail Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will conduct a service of the Laying of the Wreaths to honor All Veterans with special emphasis on those who served during the Vietnam War. It will be held at the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday December 16 at 12:00 Noon.
